Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast

Rise and Shine! If you are a french toast lover like me, you are going to be head over heels in love with this Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast! The cinnamon and sugar goodness will make all your french toast dreams come true.

It is actually quick and easy to make!

What You’ll Need:

Get your pan warmed up on the stove with lots of butter coating it. While the pan is heating, take the entire box contents of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and place into a large freezer bag. Seal the bag and use your rolling pin (You can use a pint glass if you do not have a rolling pin) and crush the cereal into small pieces. I break up the remaining bigger pieces with my hands. When fully crushed, pour into a large mixing bowl. In a second mixing bowl, combine the 4 eggs, 1/3 cup milk (I use vanilla almond milk), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a dash of cinnamon spice. I love cinnamon and go a little overboard with the spice, but a dash is all that is needed with the cereal combination.

Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, followed by the cereal pieces. The cereal is a heavier coating so press it on each side. Once both sides of the bread are coated in both mixtures, place in the heated pan.

Cook each side of the french toast until a golden brown. Flip the toast to the other side with tongs, NOT a flipper. This is too avoid scraping off the cereal.

Cook as many slices as desired and enjoy!
