Sinntini
My favorite ‘sinner’ just had a birthday so I remixed one of our favorite martinis, resulting in a more tart cocktail. This yummy recipe is a sour patch lemon drop.
What You’ll Need:
- Papaya Puree
- Lime Juice
- Lemon Juice
- Vodka
- Limoncello
- Lemon
- Cocktail Shaker
- Ice
- Martini Glass
- Dessert Plates
- Sugar
- Agave/Honey
Spread sugar on one of the dessert plates and agave/honey on the other plate. I use Tres Agaves Organic Agave Nectar, but any kind of honey or agave syrup works. Dip the martini glass in the agave and twist to coat the rim. Then immediately do the same in the sugar. Set glass aside.
In a cocktail shaker, mix: 3 ounces of vodka, 2 ounces limoncello, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, a splash of papaya puree (or any similar juice mix) and ice. Shake vigorously until ice cold. Pour shaker contents into the martini glass. Garnish with a lemon pinwheel.
Sinntini with Tito’s Vodka, Villa Massa Limoncello, Tres Agaves Organic Agave Nectar, and L& A Papaya Delight Puree. Martini Glasses from Crate and Barrel.
This Sinntini also makes a great mixed drink! Just pour the shaker contents into a pint glass over ice, and top off with unflavored club soda.
