Super Bowl Menu

The Super Bowl is not only an American tradition but it is a great excuse to get your friends and family together for a day of yummy food and drinks! It only happens once a year, so have to do it justice! Football is basically synonymous with large quantities of food.

Any finger food works and make it football themed when possible. Add a lot of American classics to the menu like, chips and dip, sliders, wings, nachos and charcuterie boards. I typically throw in a football themed dessert: this year and most years it is football rice krispie treats.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

What You’ll Need:

  • Full Rotisserie Chicken
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Buffalo Sauce
  • Ranch Dressing or Powdered Seasoning
  • Spices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray your glass baking dish with cooking spray. I use olive oil, but any oil spray or butter will do. In a large bowl, add the shredded up rotisserie chicken, a bag of shredded cheese of your choice (I use sharp cheddar), and two packs of cream cheese cut in cubes. mix these ingredients together. Then add a bottle of buffalo sauce and ranch and combine. You can use ranch dressing (about half the bottle) or the powdered Hidden Valley Ranch mix, which is what I use. Then transfer the chicken mixture to the baking dish and spread out evenly. Optional to add additional spices on top. I top with another layer of Hidden Valley Original ranch mix, cilantro and buffalo ranch spice. Bake for 20 minutes and serve with crackers and celery.

Air Fryer Mozzarella Sicks

  • String Cheese
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Eggs
  • Flour

  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder

  • Ziploc Bag
  • Air Fryer

Unwrap your string cheese and cut in half. Once all the cheese is cut, toss in a Ziploc bag with flour of choice. Shake bag until the cheese is coated in flour. Set aside, and in two separate bowls add the egg in one and the bread crumbs with spices. Coat each cheese stick with egg batter and than cover with bread crumb mix.

Once all cheese is coated, leave in fridge or freezer for 2 hours to harden. Put in air fryer for 5 minutes and serve.

  • Avocados
  • Red onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Limes
  • Cilantro

Nachos

  • Ground Beef
  • Corn
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Bacon Bits

There are so many variations for nachos but this is our houeshold favorite!

Football Rice Krispies:

What You’ll Need:

  • Rice Krispies
  • Cocoa Pebbles
  • Marshmallows
  • White Icing
  • Butter’
  • Football Cookie Cutter

Add butter to pot and put on medium heat. Heat until melted and add marshmallows. Melt and mix until the marshmallows are smooth. Once the marshmallows are smooth add 4 cups of cereal. I like to do 2 cups of Rice Krispies and 2 cups of Cocoa Pebbles. Remove from heat and let this mixture sit for 1-2 hours.

After this time has passed, place the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin or a pint glass. Once flattened, remove the upper layer of parchment paper and cut out the football shapes with cookies cutter. Place the cut outs flat on sheet and pipe the football laces on with the white icing.

Mix in your favorite cocktails and mocktails and you have the perfect Super Bowl spread!

Hope you enjoy our family favorites.
