Christmas Cosmopolitan
Thanks to Carrie Bradshaw and the rest of the girls on Sex and the City, Cosmopolitan martinis have been my go-to drink. I put a Christmas spin on Carrie’s classic cocktail.
What You’ll Need:
- White Cran-Strawberry Juice
- Triple Sec
- Vodka
- Cocktail Shaker
- Ice
- Martini Glass
- Cranberries
- Rosemary Sprigs
In a cocktail shaker, mix: 3 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce triple sec, the white cran-strawberry juice (add according to personal taste! I only use a splash), and ice. Shake vigorously until ice cold. Pour shaker contents into the martini glass. Garnish with cranberries and rosemary sprigs. You can crush up some of the cranberries and add them to the martini glass for added taste. I like to do this to get more of the cranberry flavor, instead of the minimal flavor that is given from adding the whole cranberries garnish only.
